Add Guteneo to Claude
Add a web connector, then choose the conversations in which to use it.
Install via MCP
First, create your Guteneo account, verify your email address and sign in here once.
This identifier is shared by Guteneo users. It is not a password.
Opens Claude in a new tab with the Guteneo name and server address already filled in.
- In the Claude form, choose “Use your own OAuth client”.
- Paste the public identifier above into “Client ID”. Leave “Client secret” empty, then add the connector.
- Connect your own Guteneo account and review the requested permissions. Then enable Guteneo in your conversation.
After expiry, reconnect your account in Claude’s connector settings. If you revoked access in Guteneo, first associate the assistant with your organization again under “Connect an assistant”, then reconnect in Claude.
Open Claude connectors
In Customize → Connectors, select +, then Add custom connector. In a team, your owner first goes to organisation settings → Connectors.
Open ClaudeEnter the Guteneo server
Name the connector Guteneo and add the address below. Team members select the connector already added by their owner.
https://guteneo.com/mcpSign in to Guteneo
Select Connect, sign in to your Guteneo account and check the requested permissions.
Enable the connector in the conversation
In a conversation, open + → Connectors and select Guteneo. Then run the read-only check suggested below.
Check the connection
Paste this prompt into your assistant to find out what your account can do, without preparing a dispatch.
With Guteneo, list only the functions and channels currently available for my account. Use read-only tools only. Do not create any document or draft, prepare or send any communication, or change any authorisation.
After a response that uses Guteneo tools, find the latest successful exchange under My connections in your workspace.
Catalogue plugin
No Guteneo plugin is published in the catalogue of Claude at present. Use the MCP installation described above.
Need help?
I can see the connector, but cannot add it
Check your plan’s limit or ask your workspace owner to add it. Each member then connects their own Guteneo account.
The connection fails or returns to the sign-in screen
Check the server address and the Guteneo account in use. If the app reports a denied permission, unknown client or invalid redirect address, keep the error message and have the configuration checked. Do not share any password or token.
My assistant cannot find my document
Attachment transfer depends on your app. If the file is not accessible, upload it in Documents in your Guteneo workspace, then ask your assistant to find that document.
