The spirit of a print shop. The ease of a conversation.
This film introduces Guteneo, from preparing a document to sending it by fax, email or post.

With guteneo, everything starts with a document to send. Prepare a single delivery, or organise a whole campaign of documents. Personalise each version, so every recipient receives a document written for them. Upload your original PDF, or use a template to create your document. Tell your assistant what you need. It helps you prepare your correspondence. Ask it to create your PDF, then prepare its delivery. Check the document, recipient, options and cost. Then approve in the browser. Your message can travel by fax, by post, or by email. Your documents travel across Europe to reach their recipients. guteneo takes your correspondence from your screen to their letterbox. Find your documents and campaigns on the web or on your iPhone.
This demonstration follows 3 steps: compose your request, check the details in Guteneo to give your approval, then track the dispatch.
Demo — no real dispatch
Check the document, recipient, channel and amount before giving your approval.
Prepare your first dispatch from a conversation or directly with your document. In both cases, check the details before confirming.
Add Guteneo to your usual tool. A guide takes you from setup to your first conversation.

Your organisation receives a one-off €50 welcome credit when its account is created. The price or spending limit for each dispatch is shown before approval.
50€
Your organisation receives a one-off €50 welcome credit when its account is created. This balance is shared across enabled channels: fax, email and postal mail.
No monthly renewal. Dispatches stop when the available balance no longer covers their cost.
| Your channel | Your rate |
|---|---|
| EmailOne recipient, with or without a PDF attachment | ≈ €1.56per 1,000 emails €1per optional password-protected hosted document A PDF attachment adds no transport surcharge. The protected-link option replaces the attachment; its hosting adds to the email price. Amounts exclude tax. |
| FaxDepends on pages, duration and destination | ≈ €0.05–0.17per fax, estimate for the scenario below Example: one page from our Luxembourg number to a landline in Luxembourg, with an estimated 1 to 4 billed transmission minutes. Cost varies with actual duration and route; this range is not a guaranteed cap. The quote shows the cap before confirmation. Other destinations and durations require a quote. |
| PostOne black-and-white page, standard paper | From €2.50per letter to France From €3.02per letter to Luxembourg Examples for one black-and-white page on standard paper, including economy postage, fewer than 500 letters per month and the local rate schedule of the country concerned. Other routes, pages, colour, paper and delivery options require a quote. |
Indicative amounts excluding tax. Email rates revised on 21 September 2026; fax and post checked on 17 September 2026. Dollar rates converted at the ECB rate of 16 September: €1 = US$1.1537. The applicable price and options appear in the quote before approval. Postal mail is available after setup in your connected workspace; the preview remains a demonstration with no real dispatches.
Importing recipient lists in all formats and distributing PDFs, Excel files and other documents are planned. These features are not yet available.
Later, each recipient will be able to find their documents in their own password-protected account.
Before your first dispatch, check the document, recipient, channel and cost in Guteneo. Then track it in your conversation and workspace.
Your imported PDF is kept exactly as it is. Imports are limited to 10 MiB and 100 pages. If you compose a letter with your assistant, a new document is created. You can review it before preparing its dispatch.
Yes. Choose the protected-link option: the recipient receives an email without an attachment, then enters the password on Guteneo without creating an account. Hosting costs €1 per document, in addition to the email. Share the password through another channel. The link expires after the selected period and can be revoked; downloaded copies remain accessible. This option protects access and is not end-to-end encryption.
By default, your assistant prepares the dispatch and you approve the document, recipient, channel and cost in Guteneo. Agreement given in the conversation does not replace this approval. Expert mode is optional: only an administrator can authorise a limited, revocable delegation with an expiry date.
The price or spending limit is shown before approval, with the applicable options and taxes. The rates above are indicative. The €50 welcome credit is granted once, with no monthly renewal. If your balance does not cover the dispatch, it is blocked: no automatic charge and no negative balance.
Track it in your conversation and your Guteneo workspace. A transmitted fax, an email accepted by the recipient’s server and a letter handed to the postal service are distinct outcomes; they do not prove that your recipient has read the document. Delivery is shown only when confirmed. An uncertain outcome remains visible and never triggers an automatic resend.
The cut-off time depends on the recipient’s country. The times below are in Paris time: CET in winter, CEST in summer. They apply to letters sent to the printing service before this cut-off.
| Recipient country | Before | Handed to postal service |
|---|---|---|
| Belgium, Luxembourg | 01:00 | The same working day |
| India | 06:00 | The next working day |
| Other countries | 10:00 | The same working day |
| France, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands | 12:00 | The same working day |
| Austria | 12:00Friday: 10:00 | The same working day |
| Spain | 12:00 | Within two working days |
| United Kingdom | 16:00 | The same working day |
After the cut-off, the letter moves to the next processing cycle. No printing or handover to the postal service takes place on weekends or public holidays.
Economy dispatches to Germany and bulk B Mail to Switzerland may require additional processing time. Available destinations and delivery methods are checked when preparing the letter.
These times concern handover to the postal service, not receipt by the recipient. Delivery time is additional.
